I'm new to the audi forum but I recently purchased a 97 a4 quattro I had some questions about like I changed my oil a about 1k miles ago and now my dash is reading "oil" when I start the car. The oil is full I checked so is there something wrong. Or is there a way to clear that code.

Also I was cleaning the car today and under my center console I found a plug in for an ethronet cable hook up what is that for.
