Default Audi in the Desert .....

I was out by the Oregon mountains today in NM and saw a nice spot to stop and take some pictures. I am by no means a photographer of any level and the camera is just a point and shoot Sony Cybershot DSC-H9 and I just wanted to play around with it so here are the pictures ...... Enjoy and sorry for the dirty pictures ......

That is one sharp looking car man. If I may inquire.....what steering wheel is that? Me want!! And that enclosure hanging from the rear deck is EXACTLY what I'm looking for.

Two-tone FTW!!!!

Thanks for the kind words. The Steering wheel is a Victor Racing from Europe and it's for a VW Passat but it fit. The enclosure is a JL Audio Stealth Box with (2)ea 8w0 subs and it is for sale. I believe I have it listed in the classified section.

Fred where the hell have you been lol. Finally back to help me rep the ever diminishing melange A4s. Your car still looks great though. Have you settled in well since your move?

Yeah we are settled in and I just went trough another ordeal with my wife getting hit and her car getting totaled so between that, a new job, for the better, and getting the Audi done, my days have been busy but now I see a little light at the end of the tunnel and it is shining on the Audi. But all is well now and thanks for asking, I just had to post so that no one thought I fell off the face of the earth.

I thought you moved to jupiter or something lol. Sucks about your wife getting hit, I hope she's ok. Glad you're doing well though. Any more CF whoring out lately?

She fine now but she had a 2000 Infinity I30 that was totaled but after the insurance paid us off for the car, I got her a 2004 Honda Pilot and she really likes it. She is doing better now and thanks for asking and as far as the CF goes, I just installed my CF dash kit for my stereo and I had been debating about going double din. I decided to go with the Alpine 7998 as well as the Alpine PXA-H701 which will get installed later in the spot below the deck. I still have the CF door inserts but I never finished them after changing over to the S4 interior as I do like the suede inserts. I have been debating between finishing them or selling them along with the door panels to someone else.

Here is a little video I took of the Alpine with the CF trim .....
