aui a6 wheeks on a4

Default aui a6 wheeks on a4

hi, will audi a6 wheels fit onto a 97 audi a4 also will later model a4 wheels fit on a 97

those should all be interchangeable. the only a6 wheels I think that might not work are 4.2 wheels since those cars are a bit different. The rest of them have similar offsets to a4's

thanks guys reason i asked is theres wheels on ebay for a 2004 a4 but when i fill the vechile in it says not conpatble, whats the offset mean, the H, M ect

Redline, why wouldn't the 4.2 wheels fit? Do the 4.2s have a larger offset?

I looked it up. offset on 4.2 a6 wheels is et35. They have larger fenders. The arch is physically further out from the center of the car than a standard a6, so the wheel have less offset to fill the gap. ET35 can work fine on an A4 as long as the tires aren't too wide.

As for the rest of A6's, it seems standard offset for those is et45, which is same as an a4. Any should work without a hiccup
