I'm looking to change out my original door panels on my 97 A4 quattro. Because they are pretty out of shape (used).

Question being. Are all B5 panels inner changeable ? For instance. Will panels from a 99 - 01 A4 or S4 fit my 97 ?

I'm assuming they will, but before I order or take anything from a yard I wanted to make sure this was do-able.

Any suggestions or advice on doing this would be greatly appreciated !

Yep, all B5 door panels should interchange. The only issue you might have would be with the speakers and grilles - the later Bose systems may not line up.

OP, S4 seats may require work. Going manual to manual or power to power is a direct swap. If you go manual to power or vice versa, you'll have to do some fab work to mount them. Rear seats drop straight in.
