Default b5 vs b7

So i have owned my a4 b5 2.8qm for a couple years great car crazy in the snow. My family are huge Audi people. We live on a very knarly hill in vermont. The B5 is my winter car she isn't pretty. I mean come on there are wood screws holding on that bumper. HAHAHa My a6 3.0 avant is a tank in the snow but mileage sucks. So i go out this morning to drive but i notice that there is a fresh 13inchs of snow out. pass the bump in my b5. NOt a problem but i was in the mood to take my fathers 2007 a4 b7 3.2qm. i mean it has damn good snow tires and the difference between the b5 and the b7 are huge. the b7 just crankss. but in the snow it is like a trans-am on ice. It was so squirrelly . just nutts . i have to say are b5's just tare throw the snow. much better than a b7. What are your experiences with different Audi's ??

well in short lets say this, my B5 is a bit oversteery like a BMW in the snow and my buddys B4 is like an understeery like most audis of old.

A6's with appropiate tires are unstoppable. My A6 was safer than my B5 but I just found out how controllable my car is whole sliding.

i hear ya about the snow man, we got about the same down here and the other night i had to drive home unplowed roads.. up the mountain to my house and it was slow going but the b5 didnt spin a tire.. the thing just tears it up.. havnt had the pleasure of taking other Audis out in the snow.. im hoping by next year when my car is in SC getting some sun that i can pick up an older audi 80 or something to keep up here for the winters..
