Default Bad alternator? (Video)

Today I was driving through town, car running perfect. I come to a stop light, car bogs down to about 300 rpm, battery light flashes, voltmeter goes crazy, car dies. I started it again and putted into a parking lot and then towed it back to my work (car will only idle for a few seconds now). Here's a video of what I think is a bad alternator, but any opinions would be greatly helpful.

your alternator is not working and your car wants to run off the battery's power but it cant sustain itself bc the battery is not the source of power while the engine is running...get new alternator and battery and you should be good to go...also check your belts and make sure they are in good shape

Yeah that's what I was thinking, just wanting other opinions. Just weird that it happened in an instant. Thanks for the quick reply!

Just thought I'd give an update since I forgot to do so a day after this problem. It wasn't the alternator. My crappy CAI came off the intake plenum, giving false MAF readings, causing what you see in the video. Just thought I'd share that for further use in the future.

also for future use, the battery is able to supply the car with enough power to get you over 10miles of travel.

gaberossi is right... exactly the same thing I did, I bought a new alternator and battery and it's back to normal...
