Default Bad experience with Performance-Cafe

So performance-cafe screwed up again. Not only did they not have the headlights in stock like their website said which forced me to wait 2 weeks but they sent the wrong ones. They came a few days ago and they are for a b6 a4 instead of a b5. Needless to say words can't explain how angry I was. They also messed up with my exhaust a few months ago and sent the wrong part. The packaging the headlights came in was also one of the worst packing jobs I've ever seen. In one conversation I had with "PerfCafe" from audizine he sent me this "asically what happened was these run out of stock so quickly with us and our supplier that we ended up ordering some direct from Germany for ya." The headlights I ordered were depo and I know they are not made in Germany, so unless the factory in Asia ships to a German warehouse thats a load of crap.

However both times they gladly fixed the problem and the customer support was helpful and friendly. They sent me a shipping label via email so I could send the headlights back and gave a refund.

I'm not saying don't buy from them but I would take this as a warning that you might not be happy with the end result.

Look at the packaging they sent the lights in...

Nothing came broken but I'm pretty sure they packaged it because I was on the phone with them and it sounded like they ordered a few sets and that box is not big enough for more than one set.
