Default The best Adjustable Suspesion?

Can anyone tell what would be the best brand of adjustable suspension for a 98 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro, In terms of quality, good performance and easy to adjust yourself?

Thanks!

Koni Coilovers are fully adustable - but they are expensive...

You can go with separate springs and shocks... The "Neuspeed Bilstein shocks" (not the normal Bilstein Sport shocks) are grooved and have some adustability in them.

But no suspension is "easy" to adjust yourself. they are always a PITA - even the coilovers, though they are the easiest.

Just a newer model of the Konis if I recall. They have more adustability. They cost more tho. You can get cheaper adjustable coilovers, but only the Koni's allow you to adjust your spring perch height AND shock dampening rate (whereas other coilovers only allow the spring perch movement)...

The dampening rate does not affect your ride height though - it is mainly used for racing (ie... you change your dampening rate from street to race mode, etc) and will alter shock reaction to turning and braking.

So its possible you don't even need the Konis. FK and H&R are other good brands.

yeh the konis i have been quoted around $2,500 aussie dollar.
So they are quite expensive.
I just wanna make sure i can get the car low enough over the tyres. like they say koni adjustables can only be lowered 50mm and im not sure if that will be enough to get the car over the tyres

go Bilstein sport shocks with H&R "Race" springs if you want to slam the thing.

hahahaha yeh i know! i originally wanted to go airbags but it was gonna cost me around $6000au
so i dropped that idea.
Only problem is there is no distributor for Bilstain or H&R here in Perth so i cant go for that set up <img border="0" src=smileys/smiley6.gif border="0"> <img border="0" src=smileys/smiley6.gif border="0">
The only really option i have is Koni or hot bits. i could get a koni shock and the go a eibach spring or something though.... just to get it lower u know...
