Default Bigger Turbo?

So I was changing my T belt the other day, and by mistake my buddy took off the lower intercooler hose instead of the lower radiator hose, and oil came out!?! I was wondering is it supposed to be like that, or my turbo is gone? BTW I think the turbo is leaking becasue there was oil on that side of the engine, and around it. So I was thinking of getting something bigger, but I don't know what exactly I need. I know probably I'll be changing the exhaust manifold too, I'll need a full exhaust actually, I'll need a chip too, how about injectors, fuel pump? I don't know anything about bigger turbos, I also have a South Bend Stage II Clutch, but I'm not planning to drive my car silly, and launch, so what are my options? And where can I buy turbo kits from? Thanks

Check the newbie guide and the sticky post above called "so you've decided to go BT" - they've got pretty much all your info.

The oil in the ic piping is from the oil blow by, a new pcv or catch can will prevent that. You turbo is fine. As for the oil on the engine, that is most likely be from a a leaky valve cover. Valve cover is a simple DIY and cost like $40 for the gaskets.
