Black B5s are the fastest B5s.
I don't know...of all of the really nice B5s that we've seen on the forum (and especially those owned by forum members), I can't think of any black ones that I would rank in the Top 5.
For the record, all except one of my cars have been either silver or black, soI recognize silver as an EXCELLENT color choice.
With that formality out of the way, By keeping the air near the surface warmer, black paintreduces the viscosity of the air in the boundary layer. This reduces drag, thus making it a superior color.
60% of the time this theory works 100% of the time.[sm=trust_me.gif]

well considering my previous 2 audis (emerald green(12v)and avus silver(short lived S4)) were hell alot faster than my current car (black 12v), not to mention quieter, better condition. really dont attract as much women since everytime a rock its it the chip turns white. so no ill take green and silver anyday, plus silver is the fastest color.
I will never buy another black car. Black B5s, however, must have the lowest miles, since the owners are constantly washing the car instead of driving it.
I keep my driving to a minimum on days with water on the road.
And... my car is being repainted.
Flat blue is the fastest B5.
