Boost problems

Default Boost Leak

Sounds like you have a boost leak. I had the exact same problem. There was a noise that came from the engine like it was a diesel or there was air rushing from it when it was trying to boost. I think the replacement hoses were $16 and after fixing it, the difference in performance was obvious. Plus my gas mileage improved.

You need a new thermostat... It should be all the way left when you start up then it should gradually increase to the halfway point. It should not go over halfway by much if at all.

I downloaded vag-com and I cant get the usb cord to connect with it, any specifics you have to do to program it into vag-com

No codes but I did a drive with it and when i would hit the gas the oxygen sensor would stay at 0%, but when idle it would move back and forth(-,+) also mass air would go up to about 120 g/s is this normal?

No its normal for the temp gauge to rise up after you shut the car off once its been warmed up. Like if you were driving, then stop and shut the car off, then turn the key to ON without starting youll see the temp rise a little as there is no coolant circulation. Turn the engine on and it should level out real quick.
Get a boost gauge.
