Default Borg Warner Rebuilt turbos any good?

My turbo is dead so I need a replacement.

Anyone know if these are any good? Also, I'm hoping these aren't made in China...

Default update..
I got a rebuilt k03 (w/ 1yr warranty) at the local audi dealer for $840 and im going with this.
