Got the car together on Tuesday and I drove it Wednesday and yesterday with no problems. Last night I bothered to clear the old codes. Today, it died on me. It just lost power above like 3000 RPM and then it just seemed to keep going down until finally I couldn't get it to move. I can keep it running with the gas but it's tough and it dies no matter how slowly I try to move it. I checked all the hoses around the charge pipes, turbo, etc., and they're all still connected. Note that I bypassed my N249 and removed my SAI system. I properly dealt with the vacuum that was going to them and I ran a line from the intake manifold to the DV. The DV is a new 710p. Yes, P. The car ran perfectly for the past 2 days.

Codes are cylinder 4 misfire, multiple misfire, and
17965 - Charge Pressure Control: Positive Deviation.
Oh, and front O2 sensor, but that code was there before and it was working. I am going to replace it, of course. Hopefully the car will go from not running at all to being fine, or at least running in limp mode.

Where should I go from checking the hoses? Testing the DV? Maybe I got a bad one that only lasted 2 days? Or maybe my N75 is bad?

Edit: Oh, and for those who don't want to read, the turbo's a K03/K04 hybrid from GPopShop. Just installed it recently.

Okay, it ran at first, but it wouldn't really work when I tried to drive it down the street. Good thing I didn't get far.

I guess nobody is bothering to follow this, but it was a turbo hose that came loose. Cranked it down better this time and it's driving fine, but codes, I've got those.

16885 - Vehicle Speed Sensor: Implausible Signal
P0501 - 35-00 - -
16684 - Random Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
P0300 - 35-00 - -
16688 - Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected
P0304 - 35-00 - -
16686 - Cylinder 2 Misfire Detected
P0302 - 35-00 - -
16687 - Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected
P0303 - 35-00 - -
16795 - 16795 -Secondary Air Injection System - Incorrect Flow Detected
P0411 - 35-00 - -

The last one is because I removed the SAI, but not sure on the others. My speedo's working fine. I had the P0501 before I started any work and haven't done anything to try and fix it, but it did come back. Plugs are new BKR6Es. Or 7s. I forget which.

Edit to add: Last night, I saw the CEL blink for like 10 seconds while I was cruising. Wasn't really accelerating. The car stayed smooth and I did not feel any problem but obviously it thought there was a problem. Also, I think the car starts up a little roughly, perhaps, though it smooths out quickly and is fine. Not sure if it's even a problem.

Have you tried doing anything to the coilpacks?

Blinking check engine light means misfire. If you're having multiple ones I'd check the gaps of your new spark plugs, the coil packs, and distributor (or audi equivalent). You only need 3 things to make your engine run: Fuel, pressure, spark. I'd start with the easy one, spark, especially seeing as this seems to be a newer issue.

I gapped them to .031, down .001 from the usual to compensate for the K03/K04 I put in, and N249 removal, figured that would raise boost just a little (without a chip), so I lowered the gap just a tiny bit.

Check engine light went out by itself yesterday morning and has yet to reappear. I'll scan it when I get home but I do not expect readiness to be set.
