Default BOV/DV help!!!! Please. :)

So i'm starting to lay out my BT set up. But i've run into a snag. I'm planing on going FMIC and the kit places the BOV in a different location... So my question is should i keep the closed curcut thing.. OR get a normal BOV that just lets the air go? any power or tuning differences? and what brands are good? Thanks for all the help guys.

I like the forge motorsport dv valve if you wanna keep it closed, I have recently changed it to the forge motorsport dv/bov hybrid valve gives you the chance of letting it all out or closed circuit or 50/50 which is my set up, cost me about $160. It depends if you wanna it to be a sleeper or not or if you like the sound of the bov. But it is adjustable and also somes with a plug and attachments depending on how you want it to run. There shouldn't be a power difference, but some bov will give you a CEL.

no change in performance. If you are only doing a small upgrade, a forge004 would be a simple bov upgrade. If you plan on getting something that moves alot of air, a Tial 50mm bov will be a better choice.

Keep the closed loop system, but put the dv where ever you want.

The only thing i've heard about atmosphere BOVs are that the computer is planning on that extra boost so your ECU would give you a bad time and you'll get a CEL.... But idk if thats true.

If the valve is closed at idle you wont have any richness problems and the valve being closed at idle will make up for the lost air.
