Button purpose?

Default Button purpose?

Soooo i found this button when I bought my B5. Not sure what it does, anyone care to enlighten me?

It turns off the interior motion sensors when you lock the car. Its useful for if you leave a pet in the car while you run into a store and don't want their movement setting off your alarm.

I thought that it made spikes pop out of the tires for winter driving...

I just read the owners manual and it says that button is to activate the stock tuning chip made by:
Super
High
Impact
Technology

yeah if you look up at the top of the B pillars where the plastic trim meets the headliner cloth you'll see some little slots, thats where the sensors are.
