Has anyone ever had trouble with new BWD's fuel pressure regulators bleeding off fuel pressure and producing too high of a fuel pressure?

I noticed that my FPR has black orings but many other pictures I've seen have green orings, likely made of a different material. Wondering if it could be leaking past the inner oring.

 

Nevermind, my FPR is perfectly fine, it does not leak off pressure.
