Red face CA and TB time

Yep, back from vacation and had a little extra expendable income to dispose of, so I ordered some CA's from ebay and a TB kit from blauparts... I'm scared, wish me luck!

timing belt is easy. take your time and follow the write up on audidiy.com. you should have no issues. beer is helpful too.

Beer is always good and also maybe 2 or 3 friends to drink it with in case anythign comes up. trust me more friends the marrier since if your stuck you guys can figure it out plus that means more beer and more beer is always better. I love working on car days cuz that means a 64pack and 4 friends to muck with what your doing all day!

Those are both important things to take care of. Did you go with the whole big control arm kit or just a couple? +1 for beer, I find it helps tremendously

I ordered the million piece FCP Groton kit off ebay for the CAs and the super duper everything included TB kit from Blauparts, so I think I'll be all set.

Devlzluv, I am married, with a few brats running around. A couple weeks ago the neighbor had a kegger at his house and that night did not end well.

The other new neighbor is supposedly a VAG enthusiast, so if I get stuck I may ask his for some help, but he claims to have a B5 S4 in Oklahoma with some sponsors. But, he did say he loves to work on Audi's as a hobby, so with any luck he might be able to lend a hand...

lol nice. I have the kit from Blauparts under my hood right now, couldn't be more pleased with it. Shipping was fast, everything fit, and all of the parts are very good quality. Definitely worth the $$ IMO. They also threw in a new serp. belt with mine.

Good luck with everything!
