Post Camber questions

Does anyone know what the camber is for a stock audi a4 1.8t avant quattro is?

it should say on the alignment machine. its probably a little on the negative side like -0.3 or something small like that if i had to guess. but sorry i dont have a definite answer. i could check on thursday at work.

It depends which suspension you have in your car and if you have aluminum strut mounting backets in the front. Check your build tag. It will be either 1BA, 1BC, 1BP, 1BE, 1BB or 1BT.

Get me that information and I can tell you from the Bentley Manual.

ok i will check today. sorry for the late response i have had a lot of things hitting the fan. so another thing i wanted to ask whats the best suspension for an audi a4 avant? would you recomend a koni based suspension or Bilstein. i heard their sport shocks and struts are fantastic.

I'm personally going to use Koni in my A4 sedan. I've used Bilstein HD before (Scirocco 16V) and found them to be too stiff on sharp bumps like potholes, expansion joints, etc...
