can someone with VAG-COM help me, in Arizona

i recently disconnected the battery to my 98 A4, now the throttle body went crazy. Can anyone help me out on doing a throttle body adaptation. I am willing to pay $$$

i think you just plug the battery back it turn the key so it doesnt start then let it sit till it stops making noise then i your done you can search this on here too

I'm not 100% sure but I think Audi_Skydiver has one and he recently moved to Arizona.
