Default Car is doing weird things. Help me fix it.

Here's the problem. The car runs good most of the time. But it will randomly start to shake and misfire really bad like it's going to die for about 1-2 minutes with the CEL flashing and then return to normal and a solid CEL which eventually goes out. Also sometimes i can feel it start to shudder lightly for a split second or 2 like it wants to go into this misfiring spasm, but then snaps out of it before it can.

The few time I noticed it seems like its normally between 1000-2000 RPM's when this happens. Also I noticed it seem more likely to happen when I drive somewhere, put the car in park and let it sit for awhile, and then drive away. 3 times it happened within just a couple minutes of me doing this. Other times I can drive for several hours or days without it happening.

I brought the car to the dealer which scanned it and came up with some random misfire codes for a couple cylinders. They had already replaced the injectors on a couple of the cylinders a few months back so they ruled that out. So they pressure tested all cylinders and they came back good. Plugs and wires are new. They replaced the coil packs and coolant temp sensor, they were unable to reproduce the problem after doing this so they called me and I picked it up. I've had the car for 4 days now and it just today did it again for the first time.

I also noticed that if I get the car to about 40 then let the revs drop down to just barley above 1000, then just lightly give the gas a quick kick it will shudder slightly. Any Ideas? They seemed pretty stumped at the dealer mostly because how randomly the so called misfire spasm happened. Thanx. Car is a 30v 2.8 BTW.

The coil packs are under the center engine cover. They drive the plugs through spark wires. You have them - this car just doesn't have coil-on-plug ignition with the packs sitting over each plug.
