Carbonio Not Worth It x2
So last year i got a Carbonio and made a nice post that some of you might remember about how big a piece of **** it is(for how much it costs anyways) its has now kicked my *** for a second time.
I needed to get smogged among many other things that this stupid pig pointed out on my car when i got pulled over Saturday. Everything passed except for the carbon fiber intake cover.
Now i have to throw a whole new intake in there just cause Carbonio sucks ***.
I couldnt get in contact with them to find out if they offer any kind of official paperwork saying that the intake is legal.
Being that they are a Canadian company i highly doubt they have even thought about it. **** Carboino(for the second time)

What about it, exactly, is illegal? I find it hard to believe that the fact that the intake cover is made of carbon fiber would fail you. Would it be possible to re-install your stock intake for inspection, then swap it back out with the Carbonio later?
illegal or not, if the officer doesnt like it, its hard to change his mind. you can try going to a different DMV with a different officer. i know for a fact its not illegal though, even in CA. its just aftermarket and the officer was jealous or had a small manhood and didnt let you pass because of it.
