CD changer Not Working?

Any one know ne thing about the factory CD changer in the A 4? I push the mode button on my stereo and it just says NO CD. I check the changer and the load and eject option on it works??? Any ideas would be helpful.

same problm, i havent fix it cuz i really dont need it, i use my ipod instead...
