Default Clicking noise near back of engine?

I've had this weird click noise from my engine for the past few weeks, it got louder today so i havnt driven it.i dont know if it is even abnormal but this is my first car and weird sounds from it scare me. I was originally told it was Cam Chain Tensioner (CCT) so i replaced it, the sound didn't improve. I was then told possibly sludge and to run seafoam through crankcase, i have done this 2 times in 2 oil changes and still no improvement. My step father thinks i should be using a thicker oil since my car has 190,xxx miles on it, im using Mobil 0w-40 European Formula full synthetic. The previous owner also only used 100% synthetic and oil changes at 3,000 miles (friend and neighbor). I disagree as it is recommend for my car, I think it's a clogged oil pump (I may be wrong and if all I need is to use different oil that's a whole lot better then a new oil pump)

IM NOT GETTING ANY ERROR CODES OR LIGHTS ON DASH

Video (Clicking is sort of muffled but you can hear it):

Hard to tell for sure but it could just be valve tap. Sounds pretty much like mine does. Could also be your EVAP solenoid.

This guy is on the passenger side, near the fender. Probably not it, but it would be easy to rule out regardless... it just takes unplugging the connector on it.

To the OP:
If you're interested, you can set up your engine for an oil pressure gauge. Check out these links:

I don't think it's a valve tap because (correct me if I'm wrong) it should stay the same volume regardless, when I drive mine in high rpm/fast the clicking almost is louder than the engine itself's normal sound.
As far as the Evap solenoid if I unplug it should the sound go away if that's the problem?
And I probably will install a guage eventually, but don't these cars have a low pressure light on the dash, they just don't have an actuall guage?

I just talked to Ecs and they seem to think its a partially clogged pick up tube, that might just be them trying to sell me it but they are normally pretty good about it

.

Anybody agree or disagree with Ecs? (They think oil pump/pick up tube)

You could have a plugged oil passage somewhere, but I dont necessarily think you can make the judgement that it is the pick up tube. You should connect a oil pressure gauge and see how it looks, if its low then it probably is the pick up tube but if not, the oil might be plugging up somewhere else.. I didnt really hear anything in your video that sounded that serious, I always thought our cars were known for having loud valves, but maybe I didnt read this thread thoroughly enough..
