Default climate control probs

Hey guys,

im kinda freezing nowadays.....the blower component of my climate control seems fine but its unable to blow out hot (or even warm) air. Someone suggested that it might be a heater core problem. on the same issue with the climate control...the side mirrors no longer defrost/defog. so far i have had suggestions of checking my fuses, the heater core, the heater hose. anyone with any other suggestions and/or what course of action i should take? if its this kinda problem, are audi dealerships the only ppl who can diagnose it?

thnx guys..
