Unhappy Clutch/ Flywheel gone bad? Need HELP!!

Hi everyone (I'm just going to get right into it). When I turn on the car it has a noise while idle, like it's "chattering", but when I step on the clutch, the noise goes away. About a couple months ago, I was drunk and drove over an island, cracked my oil pan and had to park because all the oil leaked out, had it towed and almost went to jail (I'm an idiot). After replacing it and drove it home, I noticed that the engine sounds louder as I'm going 65-80 mph. It also feels slower than before. I took it back to the guys that installed it and said nothing is wrong, but I don't trust them anymore. So I took it to an Audi Specialist and said it's the flywheel. I'm about to buy these Southbend Stage 2 clutch kit (non-sprung) with an OEM Dualmass Flywheel. What do you guys think, is this problem caused by a Cracked flywheel? Throwout bearing? or bad Tranny?
