My car has been boosting at about 4 psi, since I installed my boost gauge a few months ago. The boost never spikes, it just holds constant at 4 in every gear when I go full throttle. I did a boost leak test and found no leaks. The DV is stock. I just put in new spark plugs and an o2 sensor and that cleared up my misfire and o2 code. I still have a few codes that I couldn't get to clear.

17967 - Throttle body fault in Basic Settings, p1559 (I have this code twice)
18089 - Control module programming not finished, p1681
16891 - Idle control system RPM higher than expected, p0507 intermittent

I did this scanning with an snap-on solus pro computer.

I have heard from a few people that my car is probably in limp mode. For the throttle body code I tried to re adapt the throttle body, but the code still came back. I dont really understand what the control module programming not finished code is about, I tried the adaption more than once. How can I fix this throttle body code, and what is putting my car in limp?
