coil harness extension
Looking at the coil wiring on my 2001 1.8T AWM. The #4 coil (firewall side) has what looks like an extension in it. Every picture I find of the coil wiring doesn't show the extension.
It doesn't look healthy so I'm wondering if I just haven't found the right picture or if it has some special purpose. I could just remove it and see what happens but I prefer to understand its purpose.
