What is your thoughts on this scheme, two tone, I am capable of doing the paint myself, it would be the front hood roof and trunk black and powder coating my 18's black also. I want to get side skirts similar to the ones I put on here as well. Just a quck chop so my shadowing sucks.

I like it a lot. It goes really well with the color of your car.

You're gonna leave the polished lip tho right? I think the polished will go well with the chrome trim on the windows.

 

Yeah it will will be more silver though then in the picture it is actually not even polised it is silver paint, the rims look pretty lame right now the way they are painted. They need a good sand blast but I think I am gonna for sure leave the rims with a silver lip. This will be an extremely easy paint job being all I have to do is remove the trunk hood and tape off the lines on the roof. I think it will look pretty nice. I have seen a few two tone audis and have liked the look. The black will be more glossy, I couldn't get the right look in PS.

 

Usually I would think that's too aggressive of a color scheme but it actually looks really good with your car. Maybe the mirror caps black too..? How much of the trunk lid would you paint black? I would get low and new headlights first. Or at leastt clear turn signal bulbs, the amber bulbs stand out.

I dunno how much money you're planning on spending on your car and hopefully you could get some cash for your current parts but I think oem sideskirts and rear valence might look too high compared to your front bumper..

 

I really like that rear lip wow, a lot, it would look really nice with the middle black and the rest blue. As for everything else yeah I really agree on lowering the car, and what not as for painting the trunk I'm not sure, I think I would paint the entire trunk hatch. I will have to chop it and see how it looks.

Yeah just an idea in the preliminary stage aled. I am kind wondering about the front bumper too high as well. I have seen a car with S4 sides and the same front end and it looked good but he also has a boser hood to make his lights look aggressive as well. I really want S4 side skirts but am worried about the front end. I'm gonna search more and try and find someone with that setup. BTW I live in Minnesota Army Boy

 

I've heard some people say that rear lip doesn't fit US spec bumper without modifications. Not 100% sure tho.

Definitely the front bumper will sit lower than the sides if you do get the S4 sides. The S4 sides isn't really lower than painted A4 lowers. It's more like a cover for those lowers instead of actually painting them.

 

S4 sides = $$$$$
