My 1998 A4 saloon has the Concert tape deck with the half amplified system.

So the front speakers are powered from the head unit and the rears take the line out from the tape deck and are amplified with the factory amp.

Can I ft an Audi Concert single CD player?

If so, from what year and model Audi do I need?

How do I make sure I dont end up with a BOSE only model?

Does the Concert CD usually power its own speakers or does it rely on factory amps?

If needed I am happy to run extra speaker cables or doctor the cars wiring, so unless there is a massive canbus issue I am happy to have a go at solving any issues.
