Exclamation Crazy Wiper Saga That Have their Own IQ

Well, as the title reveals; I have wiper issues.. XD

If I move the wiper stick from its neutral position. The wipers keep working on-and-on until it stop's at a random interval, and it usually stop's wiping at any angle on the windshield (they stop wiping after a while, but not in the resting position).

My issue is that even if I put it back to Neutral, they keep going.. ..On And On And On, just like the Energizer Bunny until it stop's as mentioned previously.

The only way I can get them to stop at the resting position is to cut the power of the car at the right moment that the wipers are in resting position. Once in that position, they don't bother me until I touch the stick again.

Also, last night they were "Acting" normal, but this morning the nightmare restarted..

^This.

Had a shot wiper relay on my 97, at first they just wouldn't park after you turned them off, then they started doin whatever they wanted. I got the relay from the dealer and the guy who failed my inspection (for non-parking wipers) put it in for free when he re-inspected.
