Default Cruise

So I've been having troubles with the cruise for a few months now (not working). I took the control module out and looked for cracked solders, but it was fine. About 2 weeks ago my lights stopped working as well, so I figured it was the relay switch that was causing both problems. I replaced the switch and that fixed the lights, but the cruise is still not working.

So I finally broke down and took it to a shop to get it looked at, there was a broken wire that they fixed, but they also found the cruise control brake switch to be only working intermittently, and they said that the cruise control module was also fried.

I told him them wanted to fix it myself as I'm pretty low on cash ATM, so my question to you guys is, how hard is it to replace the brake switch and where is it located? Has anyone done this? I know how to replace the module so that shouldn't be a problem.

as far as prices I found a used module for $80
and the switch online at http://www.partsgeek.com/catalog/199...ol_switch.html for $40

are these good prices?
