Hey guys..
My A4 1.8T-1997 FWD has the factory installed Delta Stereo. Somehow, the front speakers have a much higher volume than rear ones and I cant figure out how to change the balance from front to rear. Does anyone know how to?

not sure on how to change it, but i notice the same thing in mine.

 

Wat kind of speakers do u have in front? coz i blew my front speakers. And do theyhold up for good bass?

 

Do have a 'fade' **** on the stereo? If so fade the sound to the rear speakers.

 

Nope...[:@][:@]I have just one know--to turn stereo off and on

 

on the delta decks you get either the bass or treble **** so that its out, by pushing in. then when its out if you pull on the **** gently it clicks out a notch and it is the fader and when you turn it you should notice a difference. i just dont remember weather its the bass **** or trebble, but its one of the two

 

if this is your radio, pull the bass **** all the way out and that adjusts fade I believe.

I was listening to crap all this time.... WTF!!!
Anyways..just to clarify.. the bass know did the trick..it was the freakin fader!!!!!
Now.. another mystery.... the treble know did come out and it kind of rotates on 2 points but I couldnt figure out what that is for. Does anyone know about that too?
But I am happy now..... My car is complete now.

yeah...the added feature to the treble **** is called GALA-check thesearticles from AW: http://www.audiworld.com/tech/elec.html-look for the articles concerning what GALA is and how it works

 

yup to the left is GALA on and to the right is Off, but I've never really noticed a difference (could be my stereo is always loud anyway but I need more bass.
