i have a green spring and a blue spring that came with the dv. it also came with two round metal plates. should i try inserting the metal plates under the spring first? and would a sound clip help because I am not too sure what i am listening for. when i have the pedal to the floor I still hear this sound, but I am not sure if it is the turbo spooling or what

 

Im at 18 lbs with the green and 3 washers...

And to a previous poster...fluttering is caused by a dv valve not opening when it should lol..

 

i have stock boost if that helps

what psi is the green spring recommended for?
