Hello all. My check engine light came on last week so I dropped it off at the dealer for repair under warranty. The customer service chick was less than helpful explaining the full issue, but what I've gathered so far is the intake valve failed, the intake manifold had an "internal malfunction", and this led to some o-rings to crack on the valves as well.

Is this a common issue? What questions should I ask the shop manager when I pick up the car tomorrow? What other issues could come about from this in the future?
