Well after driving the car x more weeks, I think I found the source of the issue, I was driving back to class from my dual credit courses at college, and was going to attempt a video of the gauges (dont ask me why) and couldn't mount my camera, so I just drove to class, and about halfway there, I felt a slight shudder, but figured it was just a gust of wind. Pull into the parking lot and glance at my speedo. Out of the corner of my eye I see my voltmeter gauge at the middle. Wait, Midddle?!? look up, and see the battery light on, but I still had power steering and ac. So long story short, alternator was crapping out. Now, anyone know of a writeup to replace it?

 

I had a similar scare after a TB replacement. It was just my Power Steering pump pulley. I had forgotten to fully tighten the bolts. One was nearly sheared in two, and it was causing the pulley to wobble. All the shops I talked to swore that it was a rod knocking though.
