do B6 wheels fit on a B5?

i know this question has probly been beaten to death but i have a chance to buy a set of 17 inch B6 wheels. they look like S4 wheels but arent and they are 17. They come with 245/45 17 tires mounted on them.
will this wheel and tire fit on my car? i plan on lowering but dont want to run into any rubbiing issues.

yes those are the wheels. guy is asking $300 with tires so i dont think thats a bad deal. i just want to make sure they fit.
