are these the actual fat/flat fives or is there a slight differece

 

With an offset like that you're probably going to need spacers up front at least to run them. I'd do it.

 

you'll need spacers, factor in another $300 with longer lugs andf proper Audi caps. Plus tires. But I like 'em!
