Default Do i need spacers?

Hey i stumbled across these wheels 17 x 7.5J '16-spoke two-tone' design alloy wheels.
Will i need spacers in order to mount these on my b5 sport addition?
if so what size?

It depends on offset and spoke design (mainly offset).

If it's 57 you'll probably need 20mm spacers.

not sure exactly how much you'll need them spaced but I think you definitely will. oem celebration wheels are 7.5J et42 so 15mm spacers would make them work (if they are et57, which sounds right). I wouldn't want those wheels though, they look nice but the width and offset just isn't that good for a b5 and the total cost with spacers could probably buy a better set

I think they're off an A3. Those things have high ET. You'd need decent size spacers if you wanna run them.

My wheels are 42ET and my tires were rubbing on the uprights. I had to space them 5mm to clear, for an effective offset of ET37.

I'll assume your 19s are 8" wide and that's why et42 wouldn't work by a few mm..

op, I wouldn't do it. you'll end up spending ~$200 more for spacers and bolts
