Well do you? If so, I want to see your trailer! Open or closed? How far do you travel? What are you using to pull it? and don't forget...

Nah it is my friends (work truck), I have some pics of the car on a Uhaul car trailer towed by my gf's Z71 Burban, but my camera cord is missing and so is my car reader. But I towed it from CT to NJ with that.

Is it a one time trip if it is you can rent a car trailer from Uhaul and take it then just drop it off the trailer in the city your going to and there you go problem fixed

Nah it's more or less I was thinking about buying a truck/suv and a trailer for when I go long distance like my trip to NY Meet I was unable to autoX cuz if I broke something I would be screwed! Also It would just be nice to have a truck/trailer at my disposal! If I got something it would be extended cab or SUV I really miss my old dodge @ times!
Way old crappy pics!

*IF* I were to get one $$$ is always an issue with me. But my car is priority. So I Dont know if I want a basic one like this...

One with a front rack like so

One with a front guard (this one also has a rack +1!)

Dump a Dime and go enclosed?

Now before I've turned old campers into flat bed trailers. Do you think I could make an enclosed trailer from one? I mean when we do the other we strip the whole trailer to the frame and lay in wood and weld some basic brackets... Wonder if the shell is sturdy without any inards... hmmm if we are going that route why not get one of these and then save on buying a truck...

Yet the whole purpose is so the truck will be my DD and then I can have fun with my Audi...

Again this is just me thinking out loud...

lol just a simple one is good bro. i trailered mine with a uhaul trailer and a 99 durango with a 5.9. thing had no trouble what so ever from dickson city PA to bing. i rly don't think you'll need a tire rack if you're gonna be trailering the car anyways. just put on the good rubber, drive the car up onto the trailer and be out lol. i could tell from your face you rly wanted to autox lol. you guys coulda road along with me if you want though.

if you really wanted a tire rack, you could just get somebody to custom make one with supplied from a home improvement store. they don't need to be uber sturdy.

also you could may be able to make a trailer from an old condemned 5th wheel camper. ppl do that all the time around here. in NYS, if your trailer weighs less than 1k pounds, you can register it as home made. you know what? you should buy a C6 avant with a 4.2 and use that as the tow car lol
