the driver side passanger door will not opean. it wont unlock or opean from out or in. I got the door panel off i just dont see what to do. Can anyone help please.

 

The door will not open from the inside if it is locked and the child/drunken friends safety lock is on.
Pull up on the lock rod inside the door first. That piece leads to the lock button on top. Then pull the handle. If it's still stuck, follow the cable from the inside handle and pull on the eye at the other end.
