The kit isn't even painted is it?

The thing with modded cars (as CCA4 mentioned I believe) is that some idiot probably owned it. They probably showed off the turbo to their friends, redlined it, broke **** and decided to sell. When I was looking for a car, I asked a seller if he knew about turbo warm up and cool down. Nope! So I kept looking lol.

Uh, $7500 OBO for a well documented and maintained A4 stock or well modified is a decent price. Mine was considerably more than that (01 Quattro with a lot less miles and a lot less modification). My brother lucked out and landed a slammin' deal on his 01, but most of the time these cars aren't given away. Up north, good B5s are getting scarcer by the year.

I wouldn't just assume just because it's modified, it's been driven into the ground. Otherwise our cars would be "potential wrecks", as virtually all B5's are modified these days.

Live and let live, it's his car, and no doubt there are people out there that will be happy with the changes he's made.

I honestly think it's a fair price. It's a 2001 and seems to have decent body base (which is hard to find nowadays).

The price with all the mods is really fair. At the end though, there are some of us who are willing to purchase a modified car and pay more for the mods and those of us that only want to do our own modifications. To each their own.

Thats an excellent point. I'm sure there are plenty of people who would rather buy an already completed car, rather than invest the time/money/effort to do it themselves.

We have no idea how well the work was done, but it obviously looks like crap. It's not confidence inspiring. And, as mentioned before, it's obvious that the guy drove it hard.

Oh i agree, I was just makin the point that for some people its worth paying more than the car is really worth to not have to worry about doing any work to mod it.
