I used a roll and a bit more to do the trunk lid and all exposed metal in the trunk. Did the front doors with only about 10ft.

 

If you're wanting to get a really quiet cabin, to keep the road noise and things down look into something called ensolite. Put it over the sound deadener (dynamat if you use that) and that'll act as a sound barrier, keeping the cabin quiet.
