My car is getting repainted and I've been wanting a RS4 front bumper and some sideskirts for my car and I was thinking about picking up a kit off ebay and selling the rear bumper part. Has anybody heard good or bad about these ebay kits?

That kit is made of fiberglass. Depending on the company, it probably will need a little work here and there for it to fit on the car. Also fiberglass kits aren't as strong and durable as other kits so you really have to be careful when going through speed bumps, dips, driveways, etc.

What were you planning to put on the rear? It would look off if you have an aftermarket front bumper and sideskirts with stock rear.

dont get a fiberglass kit if you plan to lower. it'll get trashed the first time you scruff a curb. i'm also not to sure how the fog lights will mount up if you have a facelift model. if i were you, i would pass on this and save your pennies for a urathane bumber and skirts.

you have to do the whole thing or nothing, without the back skirt (bumper) it would be pretty ugly looking...

i had a fiberglass sides and back once and i beat them up even when i was trying so hard not to, sometimes you'll just get in places that u have no choice but to scrape them a little. get the real deal: lltek.com

I got an RS4 front bumper for free on my little fender bender insurance claim.
Got it from Ebay, their fiberglass bodykits usually do need some work and prepping to make it look good and fit. I will soon paint my lower sides and go with the euro rear valence.
I love it!!!

Ask anyone that has had a fiberglass kit and you will be told to stay away. They will crack with any rock thrown at it and 9 or 10 times its a poor fit. Urathane is the way to go if you want body panels
