Stock diverter valves just can't handle performance upgrades. Add a little boost and they get all weak in the knees and blow the diaphragm to pieces.

These are completely serviceable valves with an aluminum piston and o-ring seal, compared to the easily tearing rubber diaphragm found in the OEM valve.

i have a b5 a4 and when im gently on the gas my bov chirps, whats causing this?

 

Are you sure its the diverter valve? It could also be a boost leak.
