Default Engine compartment lighting - do you have it?
So I'm wondering, do you guys have a light in your engine compartment somewhere?
I see it on a lot of documentation, but I don't have one.. do you?

How is an under hood light stupid? If you breakdown at night and you have to attempt some sort of repair they can be quite helpful.

i don't think he meant it was stupid lol. if you want one, you can easily rig one up and hook it up to the hood switch

No, i meant under hood lights are stupid. You can't see anything with those things, especially if you break down at night. Carry a ******* flash light in your car.

i got an 01 and dont have one so i just kind of assumed no one else had one. them damn germans are so confident in their engineering they are too proud to have a service light.
