Thumbs up

Very nice... do you happen to know what number Magnaflow you used? In the video it looks like it might be this guy:

My flex pipe just went and I've got a really sick custom muffler shop nearby that I've used in the past... so I'm thinking what the hell, no more silent A4. Besides I just chipped and my valve/intake sound lonely anyway.

Also you say you're running straight back from the flex, meaning you're not running a resonator? How's the sound on the highway or at constant mid-revs? I'd like to do that myself (to save $$/weight/flow/etc) but have been worried about too much annoying resonance and interior noise (people are always complaining about it in exhaust posts), but your videos make that particular setup sound really nice and just what I'm looking for.

Wow you need shocks bad. Also heard your 2ndary air pump come on in the first video. Probably a bad idea to be free reving a cold engine like that. Sounds good though.

I basically got the exact same set up last week and my car sounds pretty much like your car.

I freaking love it!

Ah nice, thats a good idea with the muffler in the middle and then tips... I'll have to look into that option on Friday when I go in. Gotta love those hookups, last time I talked to my guys they were saying $250 for the new flex, 2.5" and a Magnaflow of my choice. I wonder if it'll be cheaper now since I can get a regular galvanized muffler instead of stainless under the car and then just tips.

Yesss I'm getting excited... glad to hear it worked out well for you as well Audi311.

Edit: Did you guys get round or oval mufflers and do you know roughly how long they are? There are so many options I don't want to screw myself with something too short and loud or too long and quiet.
