Default Failed Inspection... Ideas?

Codes P1545, P1565, P1610
(throttle position control)(idel speed control)(MIL )

More info:
Need to give the car gas at startup in order to turn over, at 4000rpm the car begins to misfire and bucks, only boosting to 10psi(pc16 should be 20+psi). It has a K04, PC16 flash, with all needed upgrades. I took the car to an audi shop 2 times to connect to Vagcom, the guy said when he cleared the codes they would just come right back on. The guy did take the time to install a new TB, but the problem continued. The only thing left I can think of is that the mechanic tried to clear the codes rather then "reset" or "adjust" the TB.

Any thoughts or suggestions? And what is MIL exactly? will that go away with the TB or is that something all on its own I gotta fix?

MIL is short for Malfunction Indicator Light (CEL). So I don't think thats adding any insight to your problem. Did you align the TB after it was installed?

Did this start with the PC16 flash? If so , contact those who did the flash.

after I took it the 2 times I contacted GIAC and let them know my problem.. they emailed me the step by step directions to do a TB adjustment. I'm not sure if the mechanic did it this way or not so thats my next step. I just figured, maybe someone would have some other ideas.

How did you do your TB alignment?

try spraying some throttle body cleaner on the throttle body plate. sometimes if there's enough gunk on their it'll get stuck and cause all kinds of mishap. if he changed the throttle body and then the codes popped up, he needs to fix the car correctly for you. otherwise i think an alignment should do the trick. the parts for both codes are directly on the throttle body

Just wanted to let you guys know I put in a new ABS module, and replaced my FPR with another one. The bucking stopped and the car actually runs really well, but still boosting under 10psi when it should be 20psi. Next weekend I'm going to do a boost leak check, then I'm gonna try and get my hands on a Vagcom to clear the codes and do the throttle body alignment.. keep ya posted

You are running PC-16 right? Do you have 310-315cc injectors with a 3bar FPR?
