Default It falls off

why does my apr tip keep coming off the turbo? I cranked that mother on, and it keeps coming off. I put it back on today, will be hanging off by the end of next week. it sucks, its -10 and my hands are cold and my feet are frozen.

spray hair spray on a rag and wipe it around the inside rim of the TIP and then make sure the clamp is sitting slid on the turbo

Personally I'd use aircraft form a gasket or IndianHead sch lack, but hairspray may work.

There is probably oil on the tip which makes it slick. Clean it off like said. The hairspray will make it tacky like glue when it dries keeping it attached but not difficult to remove

yeah the stuff is like glue when it drys like cincyTT said. i use it when i put my grips on my handle bars and when it drys its imposable to get off. it should make a great bond for you just make sure you got the TIP as far on as you can.

i wouldnt want pieces of that to possibly get sucked into the turbo. hairspray is the way to go.
