Flushing out a 1.8T Engine

idk about auto rx, but seafoam you add to your gas, oil, and vacuum system. the oil and vacuum system are what really helps. it makes your oil thin though so only do it about 20 miles before your next oil change. and the only reason i change up in the winter is because i have a big 'ol turbo and thinner oil will make up for the colder weather making oil thicker at start up. wouldnt want to burn up my turbo that has an engine attached to it =]

You use auto-rx and force-1 in your oil, I think auto-rx in small amounts is safe to leave in your oil for a couple hundred miles, seafoam says no more than 30 miles though.
