Okay so I just got the car and I found a button which I have no idea what it does and I tried to figure it out but no luck.
Who can help me?

 

probably something aftermarket. defionetly not stock. do youhave an aftermarket radio or alarm system.

 

No pretty much everything is stock except for the front brakes.
Lucked out it has Slotted/drilled front brakes.
I pressed it a couple times and nothing happened.

 

its prolly a starter switch honestly... maybe someone had a starter switch in his car cuz he was paranoid someone would steal it lol

 

Thats not a stock button. Follow the wires and see where they go.

 

Any possibility it used to be owned by the cops? Could have been for a siren.

 

An audi cop car!!? They would never go back!!

They're bringing the Holden VE Commodore (AKA Pontiac G8) back as a cop car. We're all screwed!

 

Could have been for anything... Fog lights, ECU programming, e-brake bypass for an in-dash DVD player, water-injection to cool the turbo. Whoever had the car probably removed whatever it was there to control when they decided to sell the car but left the button just so as not to leave a hole in your underdash.

 

As long as we're throwing things out...

valet button, starter kill, sensor by-pass, etc, etc...
